Add the banana, sliced strawberries, eggs, milk, vanilla, and honey into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Next, add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and sea salt into the blender and blend until your pancake batter is smooth. Be careful not to over blend!
Heat a flat skillet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to ladle pancake batter onto the hot pan and let cook on one side for 2-3 minutes then flip. Press the pancakes down slightly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Plate and repeat until the batter is gone. Top with strawberries, banana, yogurt, and a chocolate peanut butter syrup drizzle.
