Cherry Blender Protein Pancakes
Not sure how you feel about protein pancakes but I’m so into these! Super easy to make, just toss everything in a blender and boom, amazing pancakes.
Cherry Blender Protein Pancakes:
- 2 + 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop Four Sigmatic vanilla protein powder, “whatrobineats” for a discount!
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
Nut butter syrup drizzle:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted nut butter of choice, my favorite is Ground Up classic smooth for nut butter syrup drizzles, “whatrobineats” for a discount.
Instructions:
- Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Heat a flat skillet on medium and melt a little coconut oil on the pan. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to ladle the pancake batter onto the pan and cook until golden on one side. Flip and cook for another minute or two. Repeat with remaining batter, should make 10-12 pancakes.
- Whisk together your nut butter syrup drizzle and set aside until you’re ready to eat.
- Stack your pancakes, top with butter, cherries, cinnamon, and nut butter syrup drizzle.
Not a fan of cherries? Replace the cherries with another berry of choice!
