She has worked in gyms from San Diego to New York City and worked with clients all over the country. Robin worked as a fashion model, modeling lookbooks, editorials, and runway for over 10 years. When she’s not creating recipes in the kitchen, you can find her with her toddler girl Poppy, baby boy Wylder, her husband Joel, and hairless cat Aero. Robin believes that a strong body equals a healthy mind and hopes to encourage everyone to live a more balanced life.

What started as a hashtag years ago became a passion for Robin.

Being in the fashion industry for  ten years, the big question was “what do models eat?”. What started as a hashtag years ago became a passion for Robin. She knew she loved nutrition but never looked at cooking with an artistic eye. She began plating her food with care and putting her “strange but good” #ToastLikeRobin combos, #ColdBrewLikeRobin creations, and her #PorridgeLikeRobin cauli-oats bowls and bakes out there for everyone to see. It has been three years @WhatRobinEats has become more than an Instagram full of food, there is a community that has grown through healthy breakfasts, comfort food hacks, and fitness events. The followers of @WhatRobinEats engaged with #ToastLikeRobin every Tuesday, enjoy a new #ColdBrewLikeRobin recipe every Friday,  and love a good peanut butter drizzle. @WhatRobinEats is a place for followers to be inspired to live a healthy lifestyle through fitness and eating food that’s sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.
