Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice

How to Make It

Make the Turmeric Shot

In a small cup or bowl, add the turmeric powder and black pepper. Pour in the boiling water and whisk until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth. Set aside.

Make the Latte

  1. Fill a 12–16 ounce glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the milk, followed by the espresso.

  3. Add the vanilla extract, turmeric shot, Manuka honey, cinnamon, and ginger.

  4. Stir well until everything is fully combined and the latte turns a light, bright golden yellow.
