These are soft, fluffy, lightly sweet, and packed with fun sprinkles that make them totally shareable. They’re also quick to make, cozy, and absolutely delicious.

Why You’ll Love Them

  • Ready in under 30 minutes

  • Gooey, marshmallowy texture

  • Perfect for parties, gifts, or sweet cravings

  • No complicated ingredients — just fun and nostalgia

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until everything melts together into an extra gooey, shiny cloud of goodness.

  4. Turn the heat off and stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Add the Rice Crisps cereal and sprinkles, folding gently until everything is coated in marshmallow.

  6. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan, then press down evenly until flat on top and fully filling the dish.

  7. Place in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to speed up setting.

  8. Slice into pieces and enjoy!

Serving Tips

  • Add a sprinkle of extra Valentine’s candy on top right before serving for an even cuter look.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days (if they last that long!).

  • Pair with hot cocoa, matcha, or your favorite cozy drink.

These Valentine’s Rice Krispie treats are nostalgic, fun, and just the right amount of gooey for a sweet February snack.
