Accio Double Stuf Iced Latte

This is for you if you love chocolate and oreos.

A latte like this is the perfect spell to end my Hogwarts Brew series. In HP, Accio is the Summoning Charm used to bring an object to the spell-caster. I’d bring this latte closer to me if I saw it from a distance!

Accio Double Stuf Iced Latte:

• 2-3 shots espresso or 10 ounces prepared iced coffee or cold brew
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 5 drops Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
• 1-2 chocolate cream cookies – I used the oreo dupes from Trader Joe’s but there’s some better-ingredient options out there too
• 1/3 cup tache pistachio milk unsweetened vanilla

Instructions:

• Combine coffee, cacao powder, and monkfruit sweetener in a shaker and shake until combined. Pour this over ice and set aside.
• Add the milk and crushed oreo cookie to a glass to soak a few minutes before crushing. Use a hand frother to combine and add the collagen.
• Pour this over the iced coffee and enjoy!
