This syrup starts with buttery toasted pecans and caramelized sugar, then gets blended with warm water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to make the most addictive butter pecan base. The Recipe
β 1 cup pecans
β Β½ cup brown sugar
β Β½ cup white sugar
β 1 tablespoon butter
β 1 cup warm water
β 1 teaspoon cinnamon
β Pinch of salt
How To Make It:

In a saucepan, add pecans to toast 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tbsp butter pecan syrup (recipe below)
- ice
Butter Pecan Syrup
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar (use monkfruit for both for sugar free)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add pecans to a sauce pan and let toast 3-5 minutes.
- Add in sugars and mix until combined.
- Add in butter, mix until combined.
- Carefully add in hot water and spices. Let simmer 15 minutes then strain into a glass jar. Refrigerate until ready to use and make candied pecans with the leftover nuts!
