5-Ingredient Salted Caramel Date Fudge (Viral + Healthy!)

1/2cupalmond butter or other nut/seed butter of choice
2tspvanilla extract
1/2tspflaky sea salt + more to top
Instructions
Soak the dates: Add dates to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them soak for 5–10 minutes to soften. Melt the coconut oil in the meantime.
Blend the fudge: Drain dates and transfer them to a food processor. Add melted coconut oil, nut/seed butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides.
Shape: Press the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Smooth the top and finish with flaky sea salt if you’d like.
Freeze: Freeze for 4–5 hours, or until firm and sliceable.
Serve: Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy! Store extras in the freezer.
