Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray then parchment paper, set aside.
Mix the loaf wet ingredients together then mix in dry. Add to the prepared loaf pan then swirl in the cinnamon mixture on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then let cool slightly before pouring over the cream cheese frosting and optional cinnamon dusting. Slice and serve warm!
