Cannoli Iced Latte
A creamy, dessert-inspired iced latte made with bold espresso and topped with fluffy cannoli cold foam. Finished with chocolate shavings and powdered sugar, this café-style drink comes together in minutes and tastes just like a sweet Italian treat in coffee form. Perfect for an elevated at-home coffee moment
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso OR 1 tbsp instant coffee + 4 tbsp hot water
- ice
Cannoli cold foam
- 1-2 tbsp Trader Joe's Cannoli Dip
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
- optional chocolate shavings and powder sugar to dust on top
Instructions
- Brew your espresso or dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Let cool slightly.Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
- In a small cup or milk frother, combine cannoli dip, heavy cream, and milk. Froth until thick and creamy.Spoon or pour the cannoli cold foam over the iced coffee.
- Finish with chocolate shavings and a dusting of powdered sugar.
