Chewy Gooey Tahini Blondies
Soft-centered, chewy blondies made with tahini, almond flour, and melty chocolate chips for a rich, nutty, better-for-you dessert.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to
350°F
. Line an
8×8-inch baking pan
with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the tahini, coconut sugar, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick, cohesive batter forms. Gently fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for
20 minutes
, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the blondies cool completely in the pan!!
Lift out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy
