Cookie Butter Latte (with Cookie Butter Cold Foam)

A creamy iced latte made with espresso, MALK Sweet Cream Coconut Creamer, and topped with cookie butter cold foam for a cozy, café-style drink at home.

Ingredients
  

Cookie butter cold foam

  • 4 tbsp Malk sweet cream coconut creamer
  • 1 tbsp cookie butter
  • 2 tbsp plant-based heavy cream

Latte

  • 2 shots espresso
  • ice
  • Malk sweet cream coconut creamer
  • splash of almond Malk

Instructions
 

For the cold foam

  • Add all ingredients to a small jar or cup and froth until thick and creamy. Set aside.

For the latte

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add the espresso shots.
  • Pour in MALK Sweet Cream Coconut Creamer and a splash of almond milk to taste.
  • Top generously with the cookie butter cold foam.
  • Stir before sipping or let the foam melt slowly into the latte
