Honey Peanut Butter Cookie Latte
A cozy, cookie-inspired latte made with peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt for the perfect sweet + salty balance. Creamy, comforting, and easy to make at home with your favorite milk.
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1-2 tbsps peanut butter of choice
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- pinch flaky sea salt
- ice
- milk of choice
- extra peanut butter for the rim
Instructions
- Add to your glass: Espresso, peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Shake it up: Stir first to combine, then add a lid and give it a good shake until creamy.
- Assemble: Add ice to your glass.(Optional but highly recommended: swipe a little peanut butter around the rim for that cookie vibe.)
- Pour + finish: Add your milk of choice and give it a gentle stir.
