Maple Sea Salt Whipped Latte
A fluffy, lightly sweet and salty whipped topping made with maple syrup and sea salt, perfect for elevating iced or hot coffee and matcha.

heavy whipping cream - can be plant-based, I love Silk

maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Add the cold heavy cream to a mixing bowl. Begin mixing using a stand mixer, hand mixer, or a whisk (strong arm encouraged).
Watch the texture closely. Once the cream starts to thicken and hold its shape slightly, pause the mixer and add the maple syrup and sea salt.
Resume mixing until everything is well combined. You’re looking for a firm, fluffy texture — thick and spoonable, but not fully whipped cream.
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag or a plastic bag with a large corner cut off.
Pipe generously over the top of iced or hot coffee or matcha and enjoy.
