Matcha White Hot Chocolate
A creamy, cozy drink made with melted white chocolate and earthy matcha, topped with mini marshmallows for the ultimate comforting sip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder whisked with 1/4 cup hot water
- optional mini marshmallows to top
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat. Add the white chocolate chips and whisk until fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Whisk in vanilla extract after turning off heat.
- Pour the matcha into the warm white chocolate milk and whisk to combine.
- Transfer to a mug and top with mini marshmallows.
