A rich, no-bake fudge made with melted chocolate, almond butter, tahini, and vanilla, finished with toasted hazelnuts and flaky salt. Creamy, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced, this easy dessert sets in the fridge or freezer and slices beautifully.
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring between each round, until smooth and glossy. (You can also use a double boiler.)
Stir in the almond butter, tahini, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.
Top with toasted hazelnuts and finish with flaky salt.
Transfer to the fridge for 3 hours for a softer fudge, or to the freezer for 1 hour for a firmer fudge.
