fresh squeezed orange juice

matcha

hot water (not boiling)
ice
heavy whipping cream
splash of OJ
honey, to taste
splash of vanilla
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Fresh squeeze your orange juice and pour into a glass. Fill the glass with ice.
In a separate bowl, whisk 5g matcha with 50g hot water until smooth and frothy. Slowly pour the matcha over the ice and orange juice.
In a small glass, froth heavy cream with a little orange juice, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until thick and pourable.
Gently float the orange cream over the top. Do not stir right away — let the layers sit, then mix before drinking.
