No-bake peanut butter hearts dipped in rich dark chocolate and finished with flaky sea salt. Naturally sweetened, freezer-friendly, and the perfect festive treat for Valentine’s Day (or anytime)
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, flour, and maple syrup until a dough forms.
Place the dough onto a cutting board and roll it out evenly.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts. Transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
While the hearts are freezing, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
Dip each frozen heart into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place back on parchment and drizzle with extra chocolate if desired. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Return to the freezer for at least another 30 minutes, until fully set.
