1 1/2
cups
cooked sweet potatoes, flesh only no skins
1/2
cup
almond butter, all-natural and super creamy
1/4
cup
almond flour
1/4
cup
cocoa powder
1/2
cup
maple syrup
1
tbsp
oil (coconut melted, olive oil)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
baking powder
pinch of sea salt
1/2
cups
chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and mix until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips over the top (because more chocolate is always the right move).
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until just set in the center.
Let cool for at least 1 hour before slicing — this helps them firm up and get extra fudgy.
