Whipped Honey Latte
A creamy, naturally sweet iced latte made with whipped honey and instant coffee. Fluffy, lightly sweet, and café-worthy at home.
Ingredients
- 1 cup honey, whipped until creamy and fluffy
- 3 scoops Everyday Dose OR instant coffee
- 2 oz hot water
- milk of choice
- ice, lots of it!!
Instructions
- Whip the honey until light, creamy, and fluffy. This can be done with a hand mixer or stand mixer — it should look almost like soft butter.
- Add the instant coffee and hot water to the whipped honey. Whip again until fully combined, fluffy, and smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice and add milk of choice.
- Spoon the whipped honey coffee mixture on top. Stir before sipping or let it melt slowly for layered coffee vibes.
