Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso πβοΈβ¨
Fall means one thing in my kitchen: pumpkin everything. But instead of running to the coffee shop (and paying $7 a drink), Iβve been shaking up my own cozy, creamy Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso at home. Itβs bold, frothy, lightly sweetened with real pumpkin syrup, and gives all the seasonal vibes without the mystery ingredients.
The star of the recipe is my homemade pumpkin coffee syrupβmade with pumpkin puree, warm spices, and a touch of brown sugar (or monkfruit if you want it sugar-free). A batch of this syrup lasts all week in the fridge, which means every morning can taste like fall in a cup. π«ΆπΌ

Why Youβll Love This Drink
-
Real pumpkin flavor: No artificial syrupsβjust actual pumpkin and cozy spices.
-
Budget-friendly: One batch of syrup makes multiple drinks, saving you money (and errands).
-
Customizable: Use your favorite milk, adjust sweetness, or even make it hot instead of iced.
-
Coffee shop worthy: Frothy, creamy, and perfectly spicedβwithout leaving home.
This Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso has been on repeat in my kitchen, and I swear it tastes even better than the one at the coffee shop.
