Maple Pumpkin Shaken Espresso ☕🍁✨

Then it’s poured over ice, topped with creamy homemade cashew milk, and finished with a splash of my homemade pumpkin creamer for that dreamy, coffee-shop texture (without leaving your kitchen).
The Recipe
You’ll Need:
– 2 shots espresso
– 1–2 tbsp pumpkin puree
– Pinch of sea salt
– ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
– Ice
– Milk of choice (I love my homemade cashew milk)
– Splash of homemade pumpkin creamer for extra creaminess – recipe coming soon!
How To Make It:

In a cocktail shaker or jar (aka SKULL jar) with a lid, combine the espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt.

Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds — it’ll get frothy and perfectly chilled.

- milk of choice
