Pumpkin Cashew Creamer 🎃✨

If you’ve ever wanted your morning latte to taste like fall and feel nourishing, this Pumpkin Cashew Creamer is it. It’s creamy, cozy, and just the right balance of sweet and spiced — made with real pumpkin and Wedderspoon Manuka honey for a little natural wellness boost. I’ve been adding it to my afternoon iced coffee (or half-caff latte) lately, and it feels like a café moment right at home.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup soaked* raw cashews

  • 1¼ cups water

  • 1–2 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka honey

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Strain and rinse your soaked cashews until the water runs clear.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour into an airtight glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a week. The creamer will thicken as it chills — just shake before each use!

Why You’ll Love It:
– Naturally sweetened with Manuka honey and maple syrup
– Dairy-free and made with real, simple ingredients
– Ultra creamy texture (no gums or fillers!)
– Adds cozy fall flavor to coffee, matcha, or chai
– A nourishing upgrade to any store-bought creamer
