Salted Maple Iced Latte in a Mini Pumpkin!! 🎃✨
I made this little latte for a cozy autumn treat… and then I couldn’t stop sipping it. Why? Because it’s served in a tiny carved-out pie pumpkin! Cute, festive, and full of flavor—this drink is basically fall in a cup (literally).

This is such a simple way to elevate your usual iced latte. The little pumpkin makes it feel special, and the salted maple flavor is the perfect balance of sweet and cozy.
Ingredients:

2 shots espresso

½–1 tbsp maple butter (Trader Joe’s is my favorite)

A pinch of sea salt

⅓–½ cup milk of choice, frothed – this is my pick!

Ice to fill the pumpkin
Instructions:

Hollow out a pie pumpkin – the size you’d like for your ‘cup’.

Brew your espresso shots and stir in the maple butter until fully melted.

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1/2-1 tbsp maple butter OR maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice
- ice to fill pumpkin
Instructions
- Hollow out the pumpkin and clean the seeds to roast later.
- Brew espresso over the maple butter and stir until combined.
- Add the ice to the pumpkin, pour in your espresso mixture, frothed milk, and top with whipped cream if desired!
