If pumpkin spice and caramel had a baby β this would be it. My Pumpkin Caramel Iced Latte is sweet, creamy, and perfectly cozy with a swirl of real caramel and a hint of pumpkin. Itβs the kind of drink that feels fancy but takes just a few minutes to make at home.

Youβll Need:
β 2 tbsp pumpkin purΓ©e
β Β½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
β Β½ tbsp maple syrup
β 2 shots espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
β 1β2 tbsp caramel sauce (I love using my homemade version, but this caramel works great!)
β Ice
β Β½βΒΎ cup milk of choice (my homemade cashew milk is my go-to)
β Whipped cream + extra caramel drizzle for topping
How To Make It:
