Maple Pumpkin Shaken Espresso πŸβ˜•

Maple and pumpkin are the combo this time of year. This maple pumpkin shaken espresso tastes like fall in a cup β€” creamy, lightly sweet, and made with real ingredients (because you know I skip the syrups with mystery stuff in them). The maple butter gives the dreamiest texture, and a pinch of sea salt ties everything together. It’s giving cozy coffee shop, but made in your cozy kitchen!!

You’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp maple butter

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 2 shots espresso (or strong coffee)

  • ice

  • milk of choice β€” I love my homemade cashew milk

  • pumpkin spice, for topping

  • optional: caramel drizzle on the side of your cup

How to make:

Add maple butter, pumpkin puree, sea salt, and espresso to a shaker or jar with a lid. Shake really well β€” this makes it frothy and blends all those cozy fall flavors. Add ice to your glass, drizzle caramel if you’re feeling fancy, and pour the shaken espresso over top. Finish with milk and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

Creamy, balanced, and perfectly spiced β€” the kind of drink that makes your morning feel like a treat.

Why You’ll Love It:

It’s like a barista drink, but made cleaner, faster, and exactly how you like it. The maple butter adds that velvety richness, the pumpkin brings warmth, and the whole thing feels like a slow morning β€” even when you’re running out the door.
