Gingerbread Iced Latte with Vanilla Kefir Cold Foam (Homemade Gingerbread Syrup)

There’s something magical about that first gingerbread drink of the season—warm spices, cozy aromas, and the perfect balance of sweetness to ease you into the holidays. This Gingerbread Iced Latte has quickly become one of my most-requested recipes, and for good reason: it’s easy, tastes like a festive coffee shop treat, and the homemade syrup makes your whole kitchen smell unreal.

And the best part? The vanilla kefir cold foam. It’s creamy, lightly tangy, and adds a probiotic boost that makes your morning latte feel extra nourishing without weighing you down.

Don’t forget the cute gingerbread cup!!

Why You’ll Love It

  • Homemade gingerbread syrup that’s naturally sweetened and lasts up to two weeks.

  • Better-than-coffee-shop flavor with warm notes of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.

  • Extra creamy cold foam thanks to Lifeway kefir + heavy cream for the dreamiest texture.

  • Adjustable sweetness — you control how gingery or cozy you want it.

  • A festive drink that feels special but takes just minutes to make.
