Chewy Gooey Tahini Blondies

If you love a dessert that’s soft in the center, chewy on the edges, and not overly sweet, these tahini blondies are about to become a staple. They’re rich without being heavy, naturally nutty from the tahini, and studded with melty chocolate chips in every bite.

This is one of those recipes that feels a little indulgent but is made with simple, wholesome ingredients — no mixers, no complicated steps, just mix, bake, and try not to cut into them too soon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup tahini

  • ½ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Hu dark chocolate baking chips

How to Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the tahini, coconut sugar, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick, cohesive batter forms.

  4. Gently fold in the vegan chocolate chips.

  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Let the blondies cool completely in the pan.

  8. Lift out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy

Why You’ll Love These

  • Naturally gluten-free

  • Sweetened with coconut sugar + maple syrup

  • Soft, chewy, and perfectly gooey

  • Easy enough for a weekday bake, special enough for sharing

These are the kind of blondies you make once and then keep on repeat — perfect with a cup of coffee, as an afternoon snack, or when you just need something sweet that still feels good.
