No-Bake Chocolate Tahini Almond Butter Fudge

Welcome back to Episode 4 of my Lazy Girl Series—where we make desserts that look fancy, taste incredible, and require the absolute bare minimum effort.

This no-bake chocolate tahini almond butter fudge is exactly that girl. Rich, glossy, nutty, lightly salty, and made in one bowl with zero oven time. It’s the kind of treat you throw together on a whim and then wonder why you don’t make it weekly.

Almond butter brings the creaminess, tahini adds depth, and toasted hazelnuts give just enough crunch to make every bite interesting. It’s simple, elevated, and very on-brand for lazy dessert lovers.

Why You’ll Love This Fudge

  • Episode 4–approved: minimal effort, maximum payoff

  • No-bake and comes together in minutes

  • Rich, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced

  • Dairy-free, gluten-free, and crowd-friendly

  • Stores beautifully in the fridge or freezer

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips or 100g chocolate (I used Hu dark chocolate baking chips)

  • ½ tbsp coconut oil

  • ¾ cup almond butter or other nut butter of choice

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ⅓ cup hazelnuts, toasted

  • Flaky salt, for finishing

How to Make It

  1. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring between each round, until smooth and glossy. (You can also use a double boiler.)

  3. Stir in the almond butter, tahini, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.

  5. Top with toasted hazelnuts and finish with flaky salt.

  6. Transfer to the fridge for 3 hours for a softer fudge, or to the freezer for 1 hour for a firmer fudge.

  7. Slice into pieces and enjoy

Lazy Girl Tips

  • Use a high-quality chocolate—it really carries the flavor here.

  • Swap hazelnuts for pistachios, almonds, or whatever you have on hand.

  • Keep it stored in the freezer for a perfectly firm, snackable bite.

This is exactly what the Lazy Girl Series is about: effortless recipes that feel indulgent, cozy, and just a little impressive—with almost no work required.
