Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato + Iced Lavender Cream Matcha
There’s just something about spring drinks that hit different… and these two feel like they belong on the menu at you know where — but we’re making them at home with better ingredients.

Think: creamy, slightly floral, a little elevated, and honestly so fun to make. Both recipes use kefir for the cold foam, which gives that perfect creamy texture with a subtle tang that takes these to the next level.
