If you’ve been following my Copycat Cafe series, you already know what’s coming…

Another coffee shop favorite made right at home.
This Healthy Pink Drink is creamy, fruity, refreshing, and topped with the dreamiest vanilla bean sweet cream cold foam. It’s one of those drinks that looks fancy but takes just a few minutes to make.
I love making these at home because you can customize everything, use ingredients you already have, and honestly… they’re just fun.
Let’s make it!
Why You’ll Love This Healthy Pink Drink
- Better-for-you Starbucks copycat
- Made with just a handful of ingredients
- Naturally caffeine-free
- Ready in under 5 minutes
- Creamy, fruity, and perfectly refreshing
- The prettiest pink drink for spring and summer
Ingredients
Pink Drink
- 1 cup red juice of choice (I love Trader Joe’s To the Power of Seven Red)
- ½ cup canned coconut milk, blended until smooth
- Ice
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, plus extra for topping
Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweet cream creamer
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
How to Make a Healthy Pink Drink
Fill your favorite glass about three-quarters full with ice.
Add the freeze-dried strawberries, then pour in the red juice followed by the blended coconut milk. Give everything a gentle stir to combine.
In a separate glass or frother, whip together the heavy cream, sweet cream creamer, and vanilla bean paste until thick and fluffy.
Pour the cold foam over the drink, sprinkle with a few extra freeze-dried strawberries, give it one more gentle stir, and enjoy!
Tips
- Blending canned coconut milk before pouring gives it the creamiest texture.
- Freeze-dried strawberries soften as they sit and add the perfect burst of strawberry flavor.
- Want it a little sweeter? Add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey to the juice before assembling.
- For the prettiest layers, pour the coconut milk slowly over the juice before topping with the cold foam.
Frequently Asked Questions
What juice works best?
I love using Trader Joe’s To the Power of Seven Red because it has a naturally fruity flavor and gorgeous color, but any red juice blend or pomegranate-based juice works well.
Can I make this dairy-free?
Absolutely! Swap the heavy cream and sweet cream creamer for your favorite dairy-free cold foam alternative.
Does this taste like the Starbucks Pink Drink?
It has the same fruity, creamy flavor profile with a homemade twist. The vanilla bean cold foam takes it to the next level and makes it feel even more like a specialty cafe drink.
Can I make it ahead?
It’s best enjoyed fresh, but you can mix the juice and coconut milk ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Froth the cold foam just before serving.
