Maple cinnamon whipped coffee

If you’ve been looking for a simple way to switch up your usual iced coffee, this Maple Cinnamon Whipped Coffee is a good one to have in your rotation. The combination of maple syrup and cinnamon gives the coffee a warm, cozy flavor, while the whipped coffee topping makes it feel a little more special than your everyday cup.

It comes together in just a few minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, making it an easy one to make whenever a coffee craving hits.

Why You’ll Like This

It’s ridiculously easy. A few ingredients, a quick whip, and you’re done.

The flavor is so good. Maple + cinnamon + coffee is such a good combination.

It feels like a coffee shop drink. The fluffy coffee topping makes your everyday iced coffee feel a little more special.

It’s perfect for this time of year. Cozy enough to start craving fall flavors, but still served over plenty of ice.

Maple Cinnamon Whipped Coffee

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • Ice
  • 2 tbsps instant coffee
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

Add ice and ¾ cup of your favorite milk to a glass.

In a separate container, whisk together the instant coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, and water.

Using a high-powered electric whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.

Spoon half the whipped coffee mixture over the iced milk and freeze the rest for tomorrow!

Give everything a really good stir before enjoying so the whipped coffee mixes into the milk.

Tips

Use instant coffee. This is what creates that fluffy whipped coffee consistency, so regular brewed coffee won’t work the same way.

Use a high-powered electric whisk. Trust me on this one. It makes getting that thick, fluffy texture so much easier.

Adjust the maple. If you like your coffee less sweet, start with less maple syrup and add more to taste.

Don’t skip the cinnamon. It adds just enough cozy flavor without overpowering the coffee.

Stir before drinking. The whipped coffee is concentrated, so mixing it well into the milk gives you the best flavor in every sip.

Final Thoughts

This is my current way of easing into cozy coffee season without rushing summer out the door.

Maple, cinnamon, fluffy coffee, and lots of ice? I’ll take it.

And honestly, I’d choose this over a coffee shop coffee any day. Tag me on instagram @whatrobineats when you try this!!
