Peach cobbler iced latte
There are few things I love more than turning a favorite dessert into coffee, and this Peach Cobbler Iced Latte might be one of my best ideas yet.

It’s sweet, peachy, creamy, and has that cozy cinnamon flavor you expect from a good peach cobbler. The peach caramel sauce gets layered throughout the drink, then it’s finished with a fluffy peach cobbler cold foam and homemade crumble topping.
Basically, dessert for breakfast. I’m not mad about it.
Why You’ll Like This
It tastes like peach cobbler. The combination of fresh peach, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla gives this cold brew all the flavors of the classic dessert.
The peach caramel sauce is everything. It’s sweet, buttery, peachy, and can be made ahead so you can have Peach Cobbler Cold Brews whenever the craving hits.
The cold foam takes it over the top. Creamy peach cobbler cold foam + cold brew is a very good combination.
It’s perfect for summer. Fresh peach flavor, lots of ice, and cold brew make this such a fun warm-weather coffee.
You can make it ahead. The peach caramel sauce keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks, so once you make it, the next cold brew comes together really quickly.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 2 tablespoons butter – Lifeway Kefir butter is great here
- 3 tablespoons Lifeway Kefir
Peach Cobbler Cold Foam

- Splash of half and half
- Heaping spoonful of peach caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Latte
- 2 shots of espresso and some filtered water or milk of choice
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- Ice
- Peach caramel sauce

How to Make the Peach Caramel Sauce
Add the chopped peach, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and salt to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once the mixture has melted together, add the butter and heavy cream. Stir and allow the mixture to simmer and bubble for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla bean paste.
If you prefer a smoother sauce, use an immersion blender to blend out some or all of the peach pieces.
Transfer the peach caramel sauce to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
How to Make the Peach Cobbler Cold Foam
Add the heavy cream, half and half, a heaping spoonful of peach caramel sauce, and vanilla bean paste to a frother.
Froth until thick and creamy.
How to Make the Peach Cobbler Iced Latte
Start by smearing some peach caramel sauce around the inside of your favorite glass.
Fill the glass with ice and add your milk of choice, leaving a little room for the espresso.
Pull 2 shots of espresso and stir in a small splash of water to slightly dilute it.
Add 1/2 tablespoon vanilla beach paste to the espresso and stir.
Pour the espresso mixture over the iced milk.
Top with the peach cobbler cold foam and finish with a generous sprinkle of homemade crumble topping.
Give it a good stir and enjoy!
Tips
Make the peach caramel sauce ahead. This is the easiest way to make this recipe a quick morning coffee. The sauce keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Use a ripe peach. The sweeter and more flavorful your peach, the better the sauce will taste.
Leave some peach pieces in the sauce. I personally like having little bits of peach throughout the drink, but you can blend it completely smooth if that’s more your thing.
Don’t forget the crumble. It might seem like an optional finishing touch, but the little bit of crunch on top really makes the whole drink feel like peach cobbler.
Adjust the sweetness. Between the peach caramel sauce and vanilla syrup, this is definitely a sweeter cold brew. Feel free to adjust the amount of vanilla syrup based on your preference.
Final Thoughts
This is basically what happens when I can’t decide between having a peach cobbler and having coffee.
The peach caramel sauce, cinnamon-y cold brew, creamy peach cold foam, and crumble topping make this one feel like a full-on coffee shop drink — except you can make it right at home.
And if you make the peach caramel sauce ahead, you can have this one on repeat all summer long. Make sure to tag me on Instagram @whatrobineats!!
