Homemade Sugar Cookie Latte (Better Than Starbucks!)
If there were ever a drink that tastes like pure holiday magic, this is it. My Sugar Cookie Latte with vanilla cold foam is creamy, nostalgic, and tastes like a fresh-baked cookie in coffee form. It’s cozy, festive, and honestly… better than anything you’ll pick up in a drive-thru.

The homemade sugar cookie syrup is the star of the recipe. It’s warm, buttery, sweet, and lightly nutty thanks to almond extract. And the white chocolate chips? They melt down and give the syrup that perfect cookie-dough richness without any weird ingredients.
Make a batch of the syrup at the start of the week and you can whip up a sugar cookie latte every single morning. And don’t skip the sprinkles—they’re 50% of the holiday joy.
Why You’ll Love This Sugar Cookie Latte
• It tastes like a warm sugar cookie meets your favorite coffee shop latte.
• The syrup is made with simple ingredients and comes together in minutes.
• It’s festive and fun, but still wholesome—especially with your homemade cashew milk.
• Way cheaper (and better!) than seasonal café drinks.
• The cold foam makes it taste like a holiday dessert in a cup.
