Matcha White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp ceremonial matcha powder

1/4 cup hot water

Mini marshmallows, for topping
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and fully dissolved. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat. Add the white chocolate chips and whisk until fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Whisk in vanilla extract after turning off heat.

Pour the matcha into the warm white chocolate milk and whisk to combine.

Transfer to a mug and top with mini marshmallows.
