Blueberry Ube Iced Latte

A cozy, creamy latte that tastes like a café drink and a little dessert moment combined.

This latte is one of those combinations that sounds slightly unexpected… until you try it and immediately understand. The sweet blueberry syrup paired with creamy ube creates the prettiest latte ever and honestly tastes like something you’d order at a trendy café for way too much money.

I made this one using the Ryze Ube Mushroom Latte Mix, which adds that cozy ube flavor while also making the drink feel a little more functional for everyday energy.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Gorgeous vibrant color
  • Creamy, cozy, and slightly sweet
  • Fun home café drink idea
  • Easy to customize
  • Can be made with regular coffee or mushroom coffee
  • Feels fancy but takes just a few minutes

Blueberry Coffee Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 carton fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • optional lemon zest

Instructions

Add everything to a saucepan over medium heat.

Cook until the blueberries soften and burst.

Mash slightly and simmer until syrupy.

Strain if desired or leave chunky for more blueberry texture.

Allow to cool before using.

Blueberry Ube Latte

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tbsp blueberry coffee syrup
  • 1 serving Ryze Ube Mushroom Latte Mix
  • ¼ cup warm water or milk of choice
  • lots of ice
  • additional milk of choice
  • Optional: 1 shot regular espresso or mushroom coffee to top

Instructions

Add the blueberry syrup to the bottom of your glass.

Prepare the Ryze Ube Mushroom Latte Mix with warm water or milk and whisk until smooth.

Fill your glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice.

Slowly pour the prepared ube latte mixture over the top.

Optionally add a shot of espresso or mushroom coffee for an extra coffee boost.

Give it a stir and enjoy.

Tips

  • Add lemon zest to the blueberry syrup for extra brightness
  • Use clear glasses for the prettiest layered look
  • Adjust sweetness based on your syrup preference
  • Tastes extra good topped with cold foam

Final Thoughts

This is one of those drinks that instantly makes your kitchen feel like a little café. The blueberry and ube combination is creamy, fruity, cozy, and honestly way too fun not to make at least once this summer.
