Copycat Café Part 13: Better-For-You Dunkin' Oreo Cloud Latte
This Better-For-You Oreo Cloud Latte is my homemade take on Dunkin's viral drink. Made with espresso, cookies-and-cream infused Oreo milk, fluffy vanilla cold foam, and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos, it's creamy, nostalgic, and tastes like an iced latte and Oreo milkshake combined.
Start by making the Oreo milk.Add the Oreos to a glass or jar with the milk and crush them slightly. Give everything a stir and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. This allows all that cookies-and-cream flavor to infuse into the milk.
While the Oreo milk chills, make your espresso and let it cool slightly.
Next, make the vanilla cold foam by combining the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla bean paste in a frother or small blender. Froth until thick, creamy, and cloud-like.
Fill your favorite glass with lots of ice.Pour in the espresso followed by the Oreo milk. Give it a gentle stir.
Top generously with the vanilla cold foam and finish with crushed Oreos.
