Copycat Café Part 13: Better-For-You Dunkin’ Oreo Cloud Latte

The second I saw Dunkin’s Oreo Cloud Latte, I knew I had to recreate it.

Because while I love a fun coffee shop drink, I don’t love paying coffee shop prices for something I can make at home with better-for-you ingredients I already have on hand.

My version keeps all the cookies-and-cream flavor and fluffy vanilla cloud topping, but uses a simple homemade Oreo milk that takes just a few minutes to prep.

It’s creamy, nostalgic, and tastes like the perfect mix between your favorite iced latte and an Oreo milkshake.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Inspired by Dunkin’s Oreo Cloud Latte
  • Made with simple ingredients
  • Creamy cookies-and-cream flavor
  • Fluffy vanilla cold foam on top
  • Easy to make at home
  • Perfect for summer coffee cravings
  • Coffee shop vibes without the coffee shop price

Ingredients

For the Latte

  • 2 shots espresso
  • Ice
  • Oreo milk (recipe below)

Oreo Milk

  • 2 better-for-you Oreos
  • 4 ounces milk of choice

Vanilla Cold Foam

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

For Topping

  • Crushed Oreos

Instructions

Start by making the Oreo milk.

Add the Oreos to a glass or jar with the milk and crush them slightly. Give everything a stir and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. This allows all that cookies-and-cream flavor to infuse into the milk.

While the Oreo milk chills, make your espresso and let it cool slightly.

Next, make the vanilla cold foam by combining the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla bean paste in a frother or small blender. Froth until thick, creamy, and cloud-like.

Fill your favorite glass with lots of ice.

Pour in the espresso followed by the Oreo milk. Give it a gentle stir.

Top generously with the vanilla cold foam and finish with crushed Oreos.

Grab a straw and enjoy immediately.

Tips

  • Use your favorite better-for-you sandwich cookies.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, add an extra shot of espresso.
  • Vanilla bean paste gives the cold foam a bakery-style flavor, but vanilla extract works too.
  • Want it extra indulgent? Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top.
  • Don’t skip the Oreo milk—it makes the whole drink.

Final Thoughts

This might be one of the most fun Copycat Café drinks yet.

It’s creamy, nostalgic, ridiculously easy to make, and honestly tastes like something you’d pay way too much for at a drive-thru.

Whether you’re an Oreo lover, an iced coffee lover, or both, this one deserves a spot on your summer drink list.
