A homemade version of the 7 Brew sweet and salty iced latte made with white chocolate, salted caramel, and smooth mushroom coffee for a creamy drink that tastes like a coffee shop order.

instant coffee OR Freshcap mushroom instant coffee

white chocolate sauce, I did homemade
1
tbsp
salted caramel sauce, I used my vegan date caramel sauce - recipe linked above!
hot water
3/4
cup
milk of choice
half and half to give it a breve-style
lots of ice!!
Instructions
Add your instant espresso (or FreshCap Mushrooms coffee) to a glass with hot water and whisk until dissolved.
Add in the white chocolate sauce and salted caramel syrup, stirring until smooth.
Fill your glass with ice.
Pour in your milk of choice, or use half & half if you want it extra creamy and breve-style.
Stir and enjoy!
