Dot Cake Iced Latte
A creamy iced latte topped with fluffy cake batter cold foam and colorful natural sprinkles for a homemade version of the viral Dot cake trend
Ingredients
For the latte
- 2 shots espresso
- milk of choice
- lots of ice
For the cake batter cold foam
- 1/4 cup heavy whipped cream
- 1/2 tsp almond paste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice (depending on desired consistency)

Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice and your milk of choice.
- Pour the espresso over the milk.
- In a separate glass or frother, combine the heavy cream, almond paste, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk.
- Whisk or froth until thick, creamy, and pourable.
- Pour the cake batter cold foam over the latte.
- Top with the natural sprinkles and enjoy.
