Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Bake
Soft, cozy baked oatmeal with banana, maple syrup, and fresh strawberries. Finished with a light pink glaze and served with yogurt for an easy, feel-good breakfast

maple syrup

vanilla extract

almond extract paste

scoop
strawberry or vanilla protein powder

rolled oats, gluten-free if desired

baking powder

tsp
sea salt
1 1/2
cups
sliced fresh strawberries, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients + protein powder until smooth.
Add in the oats, baking powder, and salt, and stir until just combined. Fold in most of the strawberries, saving some for the top.
Pour into your baking dish and top with the remaining strawberry slices.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before adding toppings.
