Strawberry Layer

strawberries (blend with milk + kefir first)

cup
yogurt of choice

maple syrup
Instructions
Make each layer by blending the wet ingredients together then mixing in the dry. Do this in separate bowls, one for matcha and one for strawberry
Cover both mixtures and refrigerate for at least
1 hour
(or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.
Once thickened, layer into jars or glasses:
Start with
strawberry chia pudding
then add
matcha chia pudding
on top
optional, add a layer of
strawberry chia jam
at the bottom. Top with extra yogurt and fresh berries
