Cinnamon Toast Latte

- 2 tsp instant coffee + 3 tbsp hot water OR 2 shots espresso

- milk of choice

- 1 tsp maple syrup

Add espresso, cinnamon, salt, and bourbon vanilla bean paste.
Using an electric whisk, mix everything together until frothy.

- few dashes of cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- pinch of salt
- milk of choice
- ice
For the cold foam
- 1/4 cup Lifeway Kefir
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- dash of cinnamon
