Starbucks pumpkin cold foam – healthy dupe
I know I said I was going to wait a little longer for pumpkin season, but here we are.

This Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam is one of those coffees that tastes like you picked it up from your favorite coffee shop, except you can make the whole thing at home in a few minutes.
Cold brew (or espresso) over lots of ice, topped with a creamy pumpkin cold foam made with real pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice, then finished with cinnamon. It’s simple, cozy, and exactly what I want my coffee to taste like once fall starts creeping in.
Why You’ll Like This
It actually tastes like pumpkin. The pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice give the cold foam real pumpkin flavor without needing a complicated syrup.
The cold foam is so easy. Everything goes straight into a frother, so you can have that fluffy coffee-shop topping in minutes.
It’s lightly sweetened with maple syrup. I love maple with pumpkin, and it gives the foam just the right amount of sweetness.
It works with homemade cold brew. I linked my homemade cold brew recipe below, but you can absolutely use your favorite cold brew concentrate or ready-to-drink cold brew.
It feels like fall without being over the top. Pumpkin, cinnamon, maple, cold brew. That’s really all you need.

Tips
Use real pumpkin puree. You only need a tablespoon, but it makes a noticeable difference in the flavor.
Don’t skip the frothing. The texture is what makes this feel like a coffee-shop cold foam. Froth it until it gets nice and thick.
Adjust the sweetness. Start with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and add more if you like your coffee sweeter.
Use plenty of ice. A good cold brew needs to be very cold, especially with the creamy cold foam on top.
Make extra cold foam. If you’re making more than one coffee, double the cold foam recipe. You’ll be happy you did.
