- 1 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp ube extract or ube powder
- 1–2 tsp sweetener of choice (I used vanilla bean paste)
Instructions
Add everything to a glass and froth until thick and creamy using a hand whisk or milk frother.

- ¼ cup hot water (around 187°F)
- ⅓–½ cup milk of choice
- ice
Instructions

Pour in your milk of choice.
Add the whisked matcha.
Top with your prepared ube cold foam.
