Raspberry chocolate clusters
A frozen chocolatey snack that tastes like a little berry truffle moment!!

These Raspberry Yogurt Clusters are one of those recipes that feel way more impressive than the effort it takes. Creamy yogurt, juicy raspberries, a touch of honey, and a crisp chocolate shell — basically a frozen snack that lives somewhere between dessert and a “just one more bite” situation.
I love keeping a batch in the freezer for when I want something sweet but still refreshing. They’re simple, naturally sweetened, and have that perfect creamy-crunchy combo.
Why You’ll Love Them
- No baking required
- Made with simple ingredients
- Naturally sweetened with honey
- Creamy, fruity, and chocolatey
- Freezer-friendly snack or dessert
- Easy to make ahead
Raspberry Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh is best)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (I used Siggi’s plant-based yogurt)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp manuka honey
- 10 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to mash them too much.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small clusters of the raspberry yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until completely frozen and set.
Once frozen, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Working quickly, dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, or drizzle the chocolate over the top using a fork.
The chocolate will harden fast because of the cold clusters, so move quickly during this step.
Return to the freezer for a few minutes to fully set.
Tips
- Dry raspberries well so the clusters freeze properly
- Work in small batches when dipping in chocolate
- Add flaky sea salt on top for a sweet + salty finish
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer
Final Thoughts
These are the kind of snacks that disappear faster than you expect. They’re simple, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet — perfect for keeping in the freezer when cravings hit.
