Vanilla Wafer Iced Coffee:
- 16 ounces glass of prepared iced coffee using your favorite Purity Coffee blend – I used Flow, code WHATROBINEATS at checkout for 20% off your first order
- ¼ cup coconut milk or other milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen, optional but highly recommended
- Dash of cinnamon
- Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup to the prepared iced coffee. Give it a little swirl and set aside.
- Froth the milk and collagen together until the collagen is completely mixed in. Depending on the milk you use it may foam up really big or not at all, just make sure the collagen is completely dissolved.
- Pour the frothed milk over the prepared iced coffee then sprinkle on the cinnamon.
- Give it another little swirl and enjoy.
