Honey Peanut Butter Cookie Latte
There’s something about a peanut butter + honey combo that just feels so comforting. It’s warm, a little nostalgic, and honestly reminds me of those soft peanut butter cookies with that perfect hint of salt on top.

Lately, I’ve been making this Honey Peanut Butter Cookie Latte at home and it’s become one of my favorites — especially during this season of slowing down a bit and being more mindful about what I’m putting in my body.
Since I recently shared I’m pregnant, I’ve been loving using half caff beans so I can still enjoy my coffee ritual without overdoing the caffeine. It’s all about balance!!
What You’ll Need

2 shots espresso

1–2 tbsp peanut butter of choice

1 tbsp organic honey

Pinch of flaky sea salt

(homemade cashew milk is so good here) -

How to Make It

Add to your glass:
Espresso, peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. -
Shake it up:
Stir first to combine, then add a lid and give it a good shake until creamy. -
Assemble:
Add ice to your glass.
(Optional but highly recommended: swipe a little peanut butter around the rim for that cookie vibe.) -
Pour + finish:
Add your milk of choice and give it a gentle stir. -
Enjoy:
Creamy, lightly sweet, a little salty… it’s so good.
